Personal data can be provided by the user while browsing the site through:
a) subscription to the Amenirdis newsletter in the specific section of the home page: in this case the collected data will be processed for the sole purpose of transmitting our newsletter with access to the latest collections, events and brand initiatives;
b) comments on the blog section (Travel Diary)*: in this case the collected data will be processed for the sole purpose of identifying users, allow them to take advantage of the comment service as well as communicate any post updates for those who have chosen to leave a comment and may be published together with the comment;
c) participation in the initiatives promoted in the “Art Gallery” section: in this case the collected data will be processed for the coordination of the initiatives proposed from time to time;
d) sending communications through the “Write Us” section: in this case the collected data will be used to process any feedback.
The processing of the data referred to in points a, b, c and d will take place in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter also “Regulation”) according to the principles set out in articles 5 and 6.

The data will be processed using IT and telematic tools (marginally in paper form) and will be stored exclusively for the time strictly necessary or until a cancellation request is submitted, pursuant to article 15 and subsequent provisions of the “Regulation” with reference to the data provided for subscribing to the newsletter as referred in the above-mentioned point a), according to the methods set out below **.
The data will be processed exclusively by authorized personnel designated by SABINA PAGANELLI and her outside consultants expressly appointed as data processors (e.g. for site maintenance needs). The provision of data is optional. Any partial or total failure to provide data will result in the impossibility of using the service. Personal data are processed to allow users to take advantage of the service offerings, according to the above mentioned provisions. For such reason the consent of the interested party is not required.
* With particular regard to the comments to be posted in the “Travel Diary” section, users are invited to pay attention to the specific content of their writing prior to any publication being made.

Rights of the Interested Parties

Furthermore, in the foreseen cases, the have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of their data. Pursuant to article 15 and following provisions of the “Regulation”, data subjects can assert their rights by sending an email to amenirdisofficial@gmail.com or cosisia@pec.it (certified email address).If data subjects believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the “Regulation”, they have the right to complain to the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data as envisaged by article 77 of the “Regulation” or, alternatively, to the competent judicial offices as envisaged by article 79 of the aforementioned “Regulation”.
